Stop a treatment at any time for any reason.
Be treated in a professional manner with consideration, dignity, and respect.
Inquire about Josie's training, licensing, and certification.

 

As a Client Please...
Communicate preferences, expectations, and concerns.
Communicate accurate health information.

 

Timely Arrival...
Please be sure to arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call or text Josie. Please note that your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled service.

 

Cancellation...
In the event you need to change or cancel your appointment, please kindly give 24 hours advanced notice. Josie reserves the right to charge for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, and for missed appointments.

 

Payments...
Josie accepts check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Spa Week gift cards.

Sexual Advances During Session...

Josie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a licensed health care practitioner. Any sexual advances or request

for sexual favors or "happy endings" are not tolerated. Should this occur, the session will end immediately, and payment in full will be expected.
